No Smoking or Vaping: This is a strictly smoke-free property. This includes tobacco, cannabis, and vaping inside the unit or near open windows/doors. A cleaning fee of $250 will apply for any violations. Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and the host family upstairs, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Registered Guests Only: Only the guests included in the original booking are permitted on the property at any time. No unregistered overnight guests or visitors without prior approval. No Parties or Events: Small gatherings are not permitted. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund. Parking: Please park only in the designated spot on the right side of the driveway. Do not block the sidewalk or the other side of the driveway. Trash & Recycling: Please place all trash in the bins provided inside. If your stay is long-term, we will provide a schedule for curb-side pickup. Furniture & Decor: Please do not rearrange the furniture or remove items from the suite.
